DECISION

[1] In its application of January 30, 2023, the landlord alleges that the tenants abandoned the dwelling without right and claims arrears of rent in the amount of $1,250 as well as lost rent income in the amount of $7,500.
[2] On March 21, 2023, the landlord amended its application to claim an additional quantum of $229.95 for a skip tracer’s fee.
[3] However, when the parties were convened for proof and hearing, the tenants were present, but the landlord was nowhere to be seen.
[4] Hence, no evidence was adduced in support of the application.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE TRIBUNAL:
[5] DISMISSES the application and the amendment thereto.
