« WHEREAS the parties entered into a lease agreement on August 30, 2017 ;
WHEREAS the term of the lease expires on August 31, 2025 and the rent is 874,00 $ per month ;
WHEREAS the Tenant’s attorney filed an Application for revocation within the 10-days delay but was not attributed a file number, which has no incidence on the present agreement ;
WHEREAS the Tenant filed an Application for revocation on September 24, 2024, outside of the delays ;
WHEREAS the parties agree to file any other application in the file number 758471 ;
WHEREAS a judgement was rendered on May 8, 2024 granting the resiliation of the lease and the payment of 6 984,00 $, and the eviction of tenant ;
WHEREAS the parties agree the tenant owes an amount of 6 815,00 $, representing the unpaid rent accumulated since January 2022 ;
The parties agree to settle this dispute amicably ;
