DECISION

[1] In their application of April 21, 2020, the tenants seek a specific performance order and a rent reduction. Moral damages are claimed as well.
[2] However, when the parties were convened for proof and hearing, they wisely decided to settle their differences amicably.
[3] The text of the Transaction that they have asked the Tribunal to ratify reads as follows:
"Les locataires acceptent le montant de 4 000 $ comme paiement final de toutes les réclamations dans ce dossier et donnent quittance au locateur.
Le locateur s’engage à payer ledit montant au plus tard le 19 novembre 2020 à 17h00. Les parties demandent que cette entente soit entérinée par le Tribunal. "(sic)
FOR THESE REASONS, THE TRIBUNAL :
[4] RATIFIES the Transaction that was executed on November 18, 2020 and ORDERS the parties to comply with its terms and conditions.
